This is a B2B site where only registered and logged in customers can see prices and form an order by asking for a quotation. How to order is detailed on this page;

Registration
The customers are required to login to be able to see prices. Customers from the EU have to enter a valid VAT ID number to be able to register. Non-EU customers must fill in a local Tax Identification Number. All registrations are manually checked and approved, please give two days time before approval.
Ordering, Prices & Availability
By Proceeding to Checkout and placing an order the customer can create demand for a quotation. Not all items are immediately available, are in stock or have a price. The registered and logged in customers are presented with an inventory including estimated prices. Demands are met as soon as possible and at maximum will take a week (seven days). Price Quotations will include current Prices of Parts, Taxes, Price of Shipment & Customs Clearance.

Company identification and Company Staff identification information, respectively are Company Name, Position of staff in the company, Staff Name, Company e-mail address, Company website, Phone Number, Address, Postcode / ZIP, VAT ID or Non EU VAT ID.
How do we collect your data?
You directly provide Robtec with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:
-Register online and place an order for any of our products,
-Voluntarily complete a registration, customer survey or provide information on any of our message boards or via email, or-Use or view our website via your browser’s cookies.
Robtec may also receive your data indirectly from the following sources:

How will we use your data?
Robtec collects your data so that we can:

Your data is retained for as long as the particular purpose is valid and after this for a limited time due to our purposely determined back-up and deletion routines. You can always require withdrawal of the data via unsubscribing the newsletter account or by mailing Robtec.
Robtec also securely stores your data in the form of copies of printed invoices and documents at the office of ROBTEC AUTOMATIONS GmbH in Leipzig, Germany.
Robtec will keep the digital copy of your Company Name, Position of staff in the company, Staff Name, Company email address, Company website, Phone Number, Address, Postcode / ZIP, VAT ID or Non EU VAT ID data, for the time period of your continued registration with PGH-Controlparts.com. The digital copy of all the types of data mentioned above will be securely deleted from the website database once the registration is terminated or you demand for the removal of the data (this would mean the termination of the possibility of accessing the website shop or your account page or seeing previous communications or quotation requests for purchases).
All the types of data mentioned above contained within copies of printed invoices and documents stored at the office of ROBTEC AUTOMATIONS GmbH in Leipzig, Germany will be kept as long as it is deemed officially necessary by the government of Germany. Once this time period has expired all printed materials and documents containing data will be deleted.
