CNC Control Type Numbers Identification
1) CNC6600 control / Boehringer B1T
The control type can be identified on the operators panel. 6600 controls are marked “6600 SERIES PHILIPS”.
Originally the part numbers of the electronic modules were on the handle on each plug-in-module. However, but unfortunately, as the control has been in use for a very long time, the numbers probably fell off. So the only save way to find out for sure is to send a picture of the item or identify it from the pictures in our price list.
2) CNC3000 control / MAHO 432
The control type can be identified on the operators panel. 3000 controls are marked “3000 SERIES PHILIPS”, but unfortunately they are also not marked, or marked with the Machine tool manufactured Type Maho432 / B2T / B32/ etc.
Or on the control rack, such as with an 8 slot rack on the side of the rack, with a “12 NC number”;
The electronics Modules can be identified with the label on the module handles, as on the 32 IO module:
(4022 226) 3531. The D number is the serial number of the module.
3) CNC5000 control / DMG Mill PLUS/ MANUAL PLUS
The control type can be identified on the operators panel. 5000 controls are marked 5000 SERIES PHILIPS,DMG 532, but unfortunately they are also not marked. Manual Plus are marked as below.
OR on the control rack, such as with an 8 slot CNC5000/532 rack on the side of the rack, with a “12 NC number”;
OR as with the Mill /Manual Plus on the inside of the rack with a “12 NC number”, such as ” 4022 229 5010″
The electronics Modules can be identified with the label on the module bus connector, as on the DAX module 4022 229 3091. The D number is the serial number of the module.
4) Philips DRO, Transducers and scales
DRO, Transducers and scales can be identified with a label on the item, stating the Philips 12 NC number. For example the PE 2482 square scale or the DRO’s marked on the front panel. In all cases, it is advised to identify the item by sending a picture
5) Philips PLC
Philips PLC’s can be identified with a label on the items front plate, or on the bus connector, stating the Philips 12 NC number.
In all cases, it is advised to identify the item by sending a picture.
